Processing Time
All Mystic Maker products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment facility closest to you.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive it.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs processing times.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll work with Printify to get it resolved.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
